Professor Stalker came to the University of Calgary Faculty of Law in its third year of operation, and is therefore proud to be able to say she has been here for all of its graduating classes. She has taught a number of different courses here, including Legislation, Administration and Policy, Criminal Process, Advanced Criminal Law, Professional Responsibility, Advanced Legal Research, and Crime.

During her time at the University of Calgary, Professor Stalker has been actively involved in a number of disparate functions. For instance, she has served terms as the President of the Calgary Sexual Assault Centre, as President of the Canadian Association of Law Teachers, and as Grievance Advisor, President and Principal Negotiator of the University of Calgary Faculty Association. She has also been Associate Dean and Director of Admissions of the Faculty.

Professor Stalker was on full-time secondment as President of the U of C Faculty Association until June 30, 2011. She is on an administrarive leave and a research and scholarship leave from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
