Professor Allan Ingelson presented a paper entitled "NAFTA, the Glamis Decision and Takings Compensation" at a conference in California, sponsored by the Pacific Southwest Academy of Legal Studies in Business. Also in late February, as part of a multidisciplinary research project with risk management Professors Norma Nielsen and Anne Kleffner, Professor Ingelson co-presented a paper entitled "Long-Term Liability for Carbon Capture and Storage in Depleted Oil and Gas Reservoirs" at the Calgary Petroleum Club.
