In particular, the faculty offers numerous business law focused scholarships, bursaries and awards which students may be eligible for depending on academic performance, financial need, and various other criteria as listed within each description.

- Offered annually to a student entering first year of the combined JD/MBA program. If there is no suitable candidate, the award is offered to a student entering the JD program and holding a degree in the following order of priority: MBA from the University of Calgary or another university; BSc in Engineering, Geology or Geophysics from the University of Calgary or another university; BComm from the University of Calgary or another university. If there is no suitable candidate, then a student entering first year of the JD program with a CA, CGA or CMA designation will be considered
- Based primarily on academic record
- Consideration of financial need
- Engaged in full-time studies during the tenure of the award.
