Requests to Resend Referee Emails, Update Referee Contact Information, or Change Referees
Requests to resend referee emails, update referee contact information, or change referees will not be accepted prior to December 1, and must be requested no later than February 15.
- Requests will only be accepted by emailing law@ucalgary.ca and must include your full name and UCID number.
- Please be patient after submitting your request during peak times of the application cycle, due to a high volume of similar requests.
In addition to your name and UCID number, requests to change referees must include:
- The name of the referee that you wish to remove. It is your responsibility to let this person know that they are no longer a referee and that the link that was previously emailed to them will no longer work.
- The name, organization name, phone number, and email address for the new referee.
- Requests to update the referee's email address should include the referee's name and new email address.
